The TLC Leadership Academy runs 9 months, meeting the first Saturday of every month from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Every session blends a leadership lesson, interactive discussion, case study, leadership lab, networking, an action challenge, and a leadership journal assignment — so participants leave with practical tools they can implement immediately.
